The Eat Seasonably Calendar
I’m gonna give this a try, see how it works for me.
HH: Always cheaper to eat in season … and, of course, there is the freshness and flavor of in season.
I’ve never understood these charts, doesn’t this vary considerably based on what part of the world you live in, I live in Winnipeg, It’s February nothing is in season.
Likewise, all of the seasons are longer here in California.
Given the names on the chart, though, I assume it’s UK-specific.
